Our Focus
High Plains is dedicated to providing affordable housing opportunities for our community’s most vulnerable populations, the chronically homeless, very low income families, veterans, older adults living on fixed incomes, and individuals struggling with disabling conditions. As a nonprofit, affordable housing developer, High Plains provides an important role in ensuring that these vulnerable populations are not forgotten and that solutions for meeting their housing needs remain at the forefront of the community’s housing strategies.
High Plains works with industry experts in developing specialized housing, financing, and programming to ensure that our housing is affordable, accessible, and providing the right programmatic support.
