High Plains participates in the Colorado state income tax “Homeless Contribution Tax Credit” (HCTC) program. Donors giving $100+ or (in-kind gifts over $5,000) to StarRise qualify for a 25% (or 30%) state tax credit. Cumulative donations by year-end count towards the $100 minimum. Include your email and street address and the last 4 digits of your SSN or full FEIN when requesting the tax credit.
